RIM Launches the Blackberry 8120 Titanium

When smart phones were first introduced to the mobile phone world, many were not too pleased with the banal design. Most models lack warmth and user-friendliness but RIM’s Blackberry 8120 Titanium is expected to break the rules and go beyond consumers’ expectations.

The Blackberry Pearl Silver, also known as the Blackberry 8120 Titanium is a great smart phone to have and own. It has the usual ergonomic Qwerty keyboard and SureType feature not foreign to Blackberry devices, making the Blackberry 8120 Titanium a joy to use. The pearly silver exterior looks classy and the layout is made to project certain levels of user-friendliness so that new Blackberry users will not be daunted by it. It is surprising light at 91 gm and measures at 107mm x 55mm x 14mm unlike most clunky smart phones.

Users will enjoy speedier Internet surfing and downloading with the state-of-the-art Blackberry 8120 Titanium’s quad band GSM feature with GPRS and EDGE. Surfing is also easier on the eyes with the clear 2.25 inch 260 x 240 pixel display with 65k colour input. The auto light-sensing technology can detect your surrounding light and will either tone done or increase the backlighting’s intensity. The 2.0MP camera with built-in flash and 5X digital zoom can capture resplendent images and can even be your new entertainment hub with the reliable media playing features. Users on the go will also enjoy playing their favourite MP3, AAC, WMV, MPEG4 and H.263 files. The Blackberry 8120 also comes with Bluetooth Wireless 2.0 accompanied with A2DP Stereo support.
